![]() Ok, I have been a cart owner for a few weeks now and am learning tons however one thing is driving me nuts. The cart has a rattle/vibration between 14-17 mph ONLY! It I have run through everything and it is driving me nuts. As I am new to these things how does the clutch look?
Any other thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() Remove the muffler and look at the pan bolts under it, two on each end. You may also see cracking at these pionts that will give you a rattle/vibration feel. Had to weld mine and still started rattling again in a short time but I found that the bolt nuts under the pan had worked there way past the hole and became loose again. I added larger washers and my rattly sound is now gone.
Make sure you muffler straps are nice and tight also. Just my thoughts. |
