you have a few things like the controller , charger receptacle and maybe the f/r switch that are the 36v cart

here is the diagram for the 36v controller cart



can you post a photo of the f/r switch ?

I'd guess an industrial battery with a step-down transformer.

That's what made me think it was changed ,I saw this online and I have a speed control in the middle where two batteries should be.. do you know where I can get parts?
