This is just my 2 cents, but running Club Car KF82 motors are very hard to find, and I don't believe that any of the site sponsors sell them. Come to think of it, I don't know of any vendor anywhere that sells them. Since it follows that he's not really competing with site sponsors in that regard I don't see any reason to jump on him. I see a fairly steady trickle of members here with old Club Cars looking for KF82 motors who don't want to get into motor upgrade swaps. I know because I was one of them three years ago and was lucky enough to find a running KF82 motor in this same way: from another member.

At the end of the rule it states:

Please note:
This does not pertain to the member who occasionally has parts they would like to sell or get rid of. For instance, if the majority of your posts are trying to sell something, well...your going to get banned permanently. No questions asked. If your a regular guy who did some upgrades and wants to get rid of your old parts that is completely acceptable.
Since kc-135 only has three posts so far, let's give him the benefit of the doubt. If it turns out that he's selling stuff all the time, undermining the sponsors, and not really doing much else then I suppose we can revisit this.
