Can I bypass the obc on this model since I'm not using the original charger

Great
 You can leave the jumper in place, just put electrical tape around it so it will not short anywhere. You will also need to run the negative wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative If You want to use a 48v charger that does not need the OBC. |
