need to adjust the cable from governor to carburetor, the cable is too loose

Welcome to the Forums. Your cart should have a spring-clip ball joint at the rear of the cart, which when compressed opens the joint to slip off of the ball. Then screw the spring-clip clockwise (tighter) and replace in the same manner as above.
