Help! 95 EZGO upgrade and now it's doing weird stuff.

I need help guys.
95 Medalist and I just replaced a bunch of stuff.
SPM 48500 EZ, FNR, 400 amp solenoid and Admiral MOT B-1.

Now I get nothing when I turn the key on with it in forward. In reverse I get the back up beeper. In either direction the wheels don't turn.

When we turn the key on the charge meter does not show a charge, until you put it into reverse.

A buddy and I have/are poured/pouring over the schematics. We're pretty sure every thing is wired right, but if it was it would be rolling.

Any suggestions?

And it will not charge.

New wrinkle.
With it in reverse and the back up alarm on, press the pedal and the back up alarm goes away.

And no click from the solenoid at any time.

If I had hair I would have pulled it out. My wife is taking chemo treatments and this is how she gets back and forth to our kids' games, so it's probably pissing me off more than it should.
