Where is the second serial number on a 1982 DS

A friend's DS was stolen and the serial numbers been removed from under the dash. I believe there's a second number on the frame somewhere? can some one comment on this?

Only the 96 DS cars had a second serial number tag which is located behind the dash panel. The pre-96 cars only had the one metal tag
