The light color part above the reducer in photo 2 is the obc.

Do you mean what is the item labeled 48v to 12v reducer?

I need to see if I can get up in there and read the label. Problem is actually reading it...and not knowing much of anything about carts.

But it does make sense that it could be a reducer since there is a radio onboard...I just never would have thought a reducer would have taken up that much space.

Yeah - they can be big. If you are having trouble reading it = take a picture and read that.

As mentioned previously its a voltage reducer now that I got a clear shot of the label (pic 1).

Pic 2 is what I see through the access panel. I presume the controller is under the black plastic to the right with the NOTICE label?

Correct. The OBC is on the left with the pink sticker on it. The controller is under the black cover. It's a Curtis 1510 IQ Controller
