Are you sure the tires are beaded correctly?

I know on mine it was very easy to get the tire mounted out a round to the rim!

It was a real pain getting them to bead correctly.

All and I've been back and forth with steeleng 20 times sent pictures and videos and they agree that there is a problem. But being that it's been past 30 days they won't do anything, they said they asked the owner and he said no. I asked to talk to the owner and they said no.

I would jack it up and spin the tires. Watch the top edge of the rim and the line on the tire. You will be able to see if they are mounted correctly.

You can break the bead and spin the tire on the rim then re bead the tire. I had to do that several times on mine.

This happened to me once on a new Toyota. Vibration and shaking. Dealer tried everything they could think of. Tried another dealer and they thought about it for awhile and then took all the wheels off, demounted all the tires and remounted them. Problem fixed.
Since they won't RMA them you might as well try it. Might cost ~$40 or so at Discount Tires/Tires Plus or similar.

I can't use these they ride like crap they might as well be trash. I can try and buy new tires but that's just what I want to do is buy new tires to replace the new tires I bought ? This is crazy.

That sucks. But just for sheets and geegles, Why not jack up your cart and spin the rear wheels and check to make SURE the rims are true. a little jig to hold a pointer or even better, a piece of chalk, near the edge or the rim will give you a visual. Would hate to see you buy new tires only to find out those made in china rims are crooked too. This little trick will also show you how much the tires are oblong too.

Seems to me the company that sold them should stand behind the product.

It's the right thing to do.
