Following. Sergio is right about the OBC lockout.. FYI, an MCOR problem wouldn't keep the buzzer from working.

If the cart works after you do that, You can decide on the next step depending if the charging function still works or not.
Sergio, if the cart still charges, but the interlock shuts the cart down is there anything wrong with cutting and splicing the white and blue wire and plug the harness back in for charging and continue on? I've wondered if that was possible?

It is possible to use the OBC just for charging since those are separate functions inside the OBC.

In that case you would just cut the Blue wire on the OBC side of the connector and splice the wire side going to the 6-pin connector with the white wire.

You would not cut the white wire in that case since the OBC would still need it.

Gotcha, just tie the blue wire from the OBC slide to the white wire on the harness slide without cutting the white wire, correct?

The Blue wire from the OBC to the connector gets cut.

The side of the Blue wire that goes into the OBC just gets taped as it will not be used.

The other side of the Blue wire that goes to the connector gets spliced with the White wire without cutting the White wire.

That will by-pass the OBC controller lockout, the function that prevents the cart from driving while the charger is plugged, but allows the OBC to continue to charge if that function still works.

It is recommended in this case to loop the charger cord through the steering wheel to remind you not to drive away with the charger plugged.

well ended up bypassing the obc and the cart moves again only problem and it doesn't do it all the time when you go full throttle it lays down just for a couple of seconds and then takes off
now if you ease into it the cart runs fine but if you lay into it right before full throttle it slowes down a little leave up on the pedal and hit it again and its fine

That sounds like the classic MCOR failure to me.
