The speakers in the body can lead to Corrosion problems for the speakers. I have seen plastic bowls glued to the back to keep corrosion away.

Thanks for the tip! Do you think that happens when people just 'water' the batteries versus carefully filling them to capacity without over flowing fluids?

During charging and discharging (driving or parked with the stereo on) releases corrosive gasses.

Not n issue as I have a shield above the head unit so nothing can drip on it, made if out of a left over piece of plastic.

at my local auto parts store. its made by Mr. Gasket. I modified the pedal by just drilling some holes and screwed it straight to the normal pedal, then painted the heads of the screws black.
