Default Stock club Car 48v-Battery issue

Today after 4 months of setting i replaced all 6 8v trojans with 6 Duracell 8v. Cart had been parked for almost 4 months, batteries were old and weak BUT IT DID drive when parked so I dropped the money on 6 new ones, replaced one by one then tried to make the cart go, I have the reverse buzzer, lights and the clicking sound it makes when you step on the gas BUT no movement in Fwd or reverse. I did not have a multimeter at the time of install but will have one on Sunday when I go back. I am not an electric cart guy my other carts are gas Carryalls but this cart is at a vacation home and I need some input from you sparky experts on what I should be checking on Sunday which is the only time for the next to weeks that I have. Please help me if you can

What happen when you plugged the charger in?

When depressed the Go Pedal did you hear the solenoid pick up "click"?

What year and model cart is this (Series or Sepex)?

Yes and yes. did plug the charger in needle most all the way up and was down to about halfway by the time I left (still no movement) and yes as I said in the post the solenoid does make that clicking sound when you depress the "gas". Incidentally, the solenoid was replaced with an OEM solenoid about 16/18 months ago

The serial number will tell you the year by its 3rd & 4th numbers. If it is PQ06- it is a 2006.

You need to get out your DVM and start checking voltages. Be sure all the connections are tight starting at the batteries and going all the way back to the motor. One may have came loose or oxidized. And are you hearing a click at the MCOR or at the solenoid? In either case, you need to put your DVM on the solenoid and verify it is pulling up and closing in to flow power.

A9626-5506776 Okay finally getting back to this club car.

Heres what I know, 6 brand spanking new batteries 100% charged.

Cart was parked for about 2 months with very weak batteries got back from my extended road trip (2months went to the vacation house, put the 6 new batteries in having good connections new wires and 50 volts at the end of the bank and I am hearing that slight click when I depress the pedal but getting no movement in forward or reverse. Don't know much about electrics have a gas carryall 1 at home and that one I know backward and forwards.

Can anyone give me a starting or direction point with what I've said? This cart ran great when parked for 2 months.

It's not a Precedent. It's a 1996 DS. Is it a Series or a Regen 1? Does it have a lever style F&R switch or a rocker switch mounted in a black plastic housing?

Lever/rotary Style-That makes it a series-I have pack voltage to the solenoid when gas is depressed(2 small terminals) Did a reset as described in sticky, I can feel the solenoid clicking with my finger.. Where to now guys???
