Bypass the solenoid lockout feature of the OBC. Use a jumper wire and jump from the SMALL post of the solenoid with the small gauge yellow wire directly to the main negative battery post. If the cart will run with the jumper in place, the OBC is the problem.

Okay, I tried the jumper wire from the small terminal with the yellow to the main battery negative(rearmost battery behind the driver) Next idea??

Yes in forward and reverse several times no response other than the solenoid clicking loudly

Ok, so the solenoid clicks. Does the solenoid click without the jumper in place as well? Or only while it's there? I'm going to bed. Call me in the morning and we can get this resolved quickly. My forum time is limited during the day. 706-836-7210.
