Default club car 1520-5501 controller open circut breaker fault

I have a 2016 club car villager it has a 1520-5501 controller in it that is thowing me a open circuit breaker fault and I can find anything wrong with cart or cant find 2016 wiring diagram for the villager thank you for your time

There is a circuit breaker next to the tow/run switch. Unplug the wires from the bottom of it. Use a blade fuse with the same amp rating as the breaker and jump these two wires together by plugging them into the fuse. If the vehicle operates normally, order a replacement breaker.

You've either got an issue with the wire harness somewhere between the circuit breaker and the controller, or an issue with the actual controller itself.
