Ezgo MPT1000 Question

Not sure this is the proper forum but it is about an ezgo...
I just got a great deal on a lifted EZGO MPT 1000. This thing is a TANK and the 8- 6 volt batteries will let you go for miles and miles. Man I love it but back to my questions....

1. With the stock brush guard on this thing, will a clays basket mount without any modifications needed?

2. The cart has a 3" lift and currently has 20" tires. Would a 23 inch tire fit?

Looks to me like 23 would fit but you could ask the experts at our forum sponsor, Golf Cart Tire Supply. And they can give you an awesome price on the tires you want.

If it is a factory lift it is probably a 4 inch. Most 23s will clear but 22s might be better. Clays basket should be fine.
