Help me with an EZGO RXV modified purchase

I am looking at picking up a modded RXV mainly for neighborhood pavement use, aka a pavement pounder that looks cool.

I came across this one on marketplace and after doing research its an 08 body but was modified in 2016 and have 2016 Trojans per the terminal code.

See attached pictures, it looks like it has a rhox 6" spindle lift (no idea if that is worth it), 14" Backlash wheels, fender flares, front basket, bluetooth radio with small sub, rear seat kit, tinted windshield and extended top.

Can someone help me out if this one is worth it slightly under $5,000 and if it would be a decent street rider? He is openly sending any pictures I ask for and have serial numbers on all the moving parts.

Carts like these are well over $6,000+tax in my area.

Do these lifted carts ride that bad on pavement? I see so many conflicting posts and try to not take it for gospel since most only jump on forums with issues and I know there are thousands more out there with no issues.

The first thing I would ask the seller is what controller it has in it.

Where would it be installed? I can have him take a picture and send it. He doesn't really know much about it but is sending me pictures of everything I ask for.

Just ask for a picture of the heat shield. That's on the passenger side under the seat. Either it is silver looking (Danaher controller) or black (Curtis Controller).

Can you see it here? He sent me this yesterday but I was only looking for the batteries to see the date codes.

That pretty standard or no? This cart really won't see much more than neighborhood cruising to the pool and just riding around on the streets. Doubt it will see more than 20 mins max at a time run time.

If I should steer clear I will, really have no desire to go much over 20mph as I will have my 4 year old and our 1 year old with us.

That's the original controller that came with the cart.

If I was you I would look for a 2012+ RXV. One that has a Curtis controller in it.

Also there have been a lot of changes made since 2008.
