Re: Club car questions
Looks like 2010,
fist picture is your main fuse 15 (I just had to replace mine) second photo is a stub wire ready for accesories like a voltage reducer coming off your positive post, third picture is a hookup for a voltage battery meter. Next two photos I am not sure. |

Re: Club car questions
Either way, if the OBC was good You could cut the harness wires, but if the OBC is bad, the way You did is the best way.
You can cut the other wires off or remove the pins like shown in the stickies. You also have to by-pass the OBC negative charger wire current control. Those two 10ga black wires coming out of the OBC need to be cut and spliced together. You can use a splice, closed end cap, solder, whatever works best. |

Club car questions
I took the negative with the end cap thing to my negative battery, do I need to splice those together still where the computer is?
The run and tow switch was still working just fine. So not sure if it was just the charger issue with it or what Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Club car questions
Optical illusion, I thought that single faston connector was still plugged.
You don't have to do anything with the OBC other than get rid of it later. You should now get pack voltage between the + and - sockets on the front. The OBC lockout (that was bypassed with the splice) would have disabled the cart and the reverse buzzer if it was not working properly. |

Club car questions
Thank you sir —
Just went out and tried it. The run and tow switch is still working. Is that normal after this bypass like this ?? Did the 12 ground to battery and then twisted the white and blue together. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
