Default 48 Volt charger

Few Questions
Golf cart(ez-go) was originally a 36 volt but was converted to a 48 volt, my charger broke(DPI) the replacement for it is around $500, i talked to a few people and the said to hard wire a new charger(MODZ) and say a few hundred. Can some one help me out with that, how to hard wire a 48 volt Modz charger onto my cart. Here are a few pics of my charger and plug in case it helps, Thanks

Those DPI chargers aren’t even $500 new.

Also, the entire charger is on a PC board that cost about $145.

If the transformer is good, all it needs is the board. (Might be just a blown fuse on the board.)

Contact DPI with your charger's Model and serial number to make sure you get correct part.

I talked with DPI rep and he said that charger is very old and obsolete, not worth replacing anything on it, he went on to say that there are alot cheaper chargers out there

Does anyone know the wiring/pinout of the test connector on the side of the 915-4810? It has silver colored pins and is covered with a rubber plug. I've been searching for a while on-line and have had no luck. Thank you in advance.

So, an actual dpi employee told you "dont buy chargers & parts from us, get the cheaper stuff"? I am not sure you were talking to a DPI employee, or you were "very unprofessional" on the phone. I dont think that's how businesses stay in business. And I have bought new boards for older models than that (circa 2007).

This conversation has been about repairing DPI charger, i dont recognize that number as a DPI charger (seems more like Delta-Q). And if it's a delta-q, no, they dont release the info you are looking for..
