2010 VIN 5121273 RXV Freedom,need wiring diagram and troubleshoot procedure
I got a new danaher controller coming,but in mean time I would like to learn more about this cart 2010 RXV Freedom VIN 5121273.right now when you turn key to either F-N-R there is no click of big relay or electric brake movement/noise.the batt gauge swings to full scale then back to empty (batts are full charge)then little amber light on batt gauge comes on.thanks

The 3 main causes of what you describe are
- really, really low battery voltage (including cable & connection problems) - failed solenoid - Resistor control module failure If you have the original style solenoid, you should just replace it now, whether it's bad or not, I very rarely see the original style "still working", it's a ticking time bomb. Heres a pic of the solenoid you DO want on your danaher rxv. |

is this the reed switch?400-0179..can you bench test it and the black-block eyelet heat sensor.what is purpose and function of the transparent clear cylinder/light?

Black box is a temp sensor for the charger. Cylinder is for the led status light. Blue wire will have pack + when charger is disconnected and red wire is on pack +
