Default No power at dash 2011 48v bbb

Hey guys, I have a 2011 BBB. I replaced batteries, both solenoids, 1 of the sevcon controllers. Everything was working great! Rode it around for about 20 min or so. It all of the sudden, stopped...No power to dash at all. No power to lights, voltage meter or key. I have looked at the fuse box, all the fuses are good. I checked the voltage coming to fuse block..its only getting 8volts. What the heck is going on?? I'm stumped..

Hey Zchamp, did you check the inline fuse? I have a 2009 bbb and under the seat I have a inline fuse.

sorry, its a dead end. Mine goes to a blinker relay and thats not going to help you.
FYI, I had a fuse that looked perfect but when I put a continuity test on it, it turned out to be open/bad.

I read your other post about swapping the controller, it is possible that something came lose? You only ran it for 20 minutes, I would be somewhat surprised if something new broke. That being said, I have been working on my bbb off and on for a while and it seems like when I fix one thing another breaks!!! lol

Before you go through all that work with the controller, check your fuses with a meter first! I did a visual inspection and eliminated a fuse problem only to find out I had a blown fuse that looked perfect!! Cart worked fine for months and all of a sudden stopped. Looked at fuses and eliminated that as a problem and then proceeded to really break my buggy!!!! hahaha

I just checked some of my voltage at my fuse block and its around 8 to 9v. FYI. I talked to a friend that rebuilds carts. He says he does not pay attention to fuse box voltage because lights, winch ect run off different voltages and is not a real reliable reference measurement. Keep in mind, he does this for himself, not for a living.
Off this topic, I got rid of my 4 flash code on my controller but now it is a 2 flash code on BOTH!!!! @#$%^! LOL

Ahhh, Ill check the continuity on those fuses...Thats weird that the voltage at the fuse block is so low? I am baffled by whats going on at this point...I dont want too, but I'm probably gonna have to take it to my local bass pro..they still work on them. I dont know what else to do??

Thats good that your controller is flashing..is it continually flashing? Or flashing twice and then turning off?...My controller would flash once and not light up anymore.Apparently that means its fried....I will say that the one bad controller caused the other to flash and not go solid...
