2015 Precedent Upgrades w/ Stock Equip

Just got a 2015 Precedent. Completely stock, 2017 batteries. Doing 3" All-Sport A-Arm lift kit with 20" tires, rear flip seat, LED lights. Question is "stock", thinking the extra weight of the rear seat, 4 people, will the cart still perform or ? New 11 hp motor, 4 or 2 gauge cables help.? New to the cart world. Any thoughts or help advice appreciated.

What does it do now? The dealer can reprogram it to make it decently quick first off. Mine does 27-28 and I don't think it's been upgraded.

Around 14-15 mph. Maybe a speed code change? It’s a JE1520——

The dealer can definitely set the speed to 19. There's a flipper in my neighborhood that was shocked my car was so fast without upgrades and claimed that his dealer told him that 19mph was all he could do. MY dealer may have less concern about liability. I really don't know.

I just purchased a 2011, believe it has an IQ motor based off of the part number on it. It has 2019 batteries but I was told by the dealer they are not the greatest brand. My cart runs 19mph. I have no clue if it has any updates because I'm just now learning. My car is stock height and I plan to do a mild lift and wheels and tires. My motor is part number 103572501. Don't know if any of this helps but hell... I made my 1st post

Dealer re-programed to 19.5-20 or so, can tell the difference. So far I have installed a light kit, 3" lift kit, 20" tires and wheels. Starting the rear seat kit tonight. Enroute is a mirror, windshield, steering wheel, etc. Will post a pic when done.
