Default battery readings

Hi Guys, has been awhile since I posted.2 of my good mates passed away ,which kept me away, i HOPE GLEEMO IS STILL GOING . I use my cart for golf,club car ds iq 2006 put new batteries in 18 months ago last game was very slow at finish.battery reading on 4 12 volt first battery 12.4v 2nd battery 1.6 next 2 batteries 12.4. what would cause second battery to be low.will try multi meter again when they are charged. I have told all my mates downunder how good U guys are if they run into any trouble.

Do you have headlights or a radio installed? If so are they wired to that low battery?

After they are charged, hook your meter up to one battery at a time take it for a ride and floor it after each time...A 12 v battery shouldn't drop below 11v under load....If it does it is bad...
