Default Off-road hill climbing tire suggestions wanted

Time to order some wheels and tires. Looking for opions and suggestions. Early testing has my cart climbing every hill on my property with a load of grandkids and nothing got warm under the seat. Scotty's 2 ga wires, 500A solid state conversion, Nissan Leaf battery pack, stock 18" wheels and tires. I am looking for a smoother ride off-road without making the cart tippy either (minimal lift). How big a tire diameter can I go to before I notice it killing my torque?
