So put a new battery bank on it and cut about within 500 feet I also for hell of it tried new batter cable from solenoid and as I checked my pervious battery’s load tested the same as the new new ones are on their way back to sams

Hook the volt meter directly to the motor controller B+ & B- terminals & test drive. This will test the integrity of all the high current devices like the battery cables, solenoid, ect.
