Aftermarket axle assembly and disc brakes
I've got a 2007 EZGO TXT. I replaced the entire axle/differential with an aftermarket assembly that bolted on without any problems. I'm interested in upgrading to mechanical disc brakes. The new axle/differential is compatible with a 21 tooth spline and has a 12:31 gear ratio. The ad states "Club Car style axle assembly". The supplier of the axle assembly can only find brakes that fit the original equipment, they can't help with disc brakes that will bolt on. They told me to go to Ausco and talk with them. Ausco sent me back to the supplier.
Has anyone been down this road? Thanks for taking a look. |
