Agreed, i will check each battery when i get home from work. ill be upset if one of those batteries is bad already. All of my connections are tight. I constantly check them because of that issue. Any other thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way to check the controller to see if that's bad or not?

You'll need to load test them to get an accurate assessment of their condition. I checked a set last week that read good pack voltage ( 36 volt cart, six 6 volt batteries ) batteries were reading 38 for the whole pack. When put under a load the pack voltage was dropping into the 20's. Checking each battery individually under a load, there was one that was falling to one volt. Those were only one year old.

can anyone tell me why on my cart 2017 EzGo RXV why the motor and the the controller are AC? Is there a small transformer inside the controller to change the voltage? Also, i cannot find my exact model controller that is in my cart anywhere. are these obsolete? Model is an RXV Fleet model 1206AC-5211 48v 235A. Every controller i search says 48v DC. I'm Sorry but I'm confused.
