Mike, it is my understanding that both Club Car and E-Z-GO new battery warranties are for X number of years or X number of rounds or X number of amp hours whichever comes first and the new controllers record this information. Do you know if this is so?

do you guys use any kind of disconnect switch for your batteries? (like you would in a car if you keep it stored for long periods of time)? I would think that would help extend battery life

Such a switch would need to be rated for 300 amps @ 36 volts DC. It would be physically large. There really isn't a need if the maintenance is kept up.
