The dash goes over the rubber just like you have it. Just don't ask em where the small piece with the sticky stuff on it goes, I talked to everybody there and nobody remembers. They make good products, But they need to set down the surf board and doobie before writing the instructions.

Thats how my stretch plastics dash whent on my g9, over the rubber trim.

There are 4 (If I recall correctly) pieces of flat bar in the rubber trim. I drilled and tapped a 8-32 ss machine screw.

I also had to hog out the hole for the steering column, and the bottom of each side that fits over the rubber.
