gas/oil mix question
First, as a new member to this forum, I would like to say hello to all.
Second, I just purchase a new toy (89 EZGO PC4GX) that I am still trying to figure out all the specs. My main question is about gas/oil mix. I have read so many different opinions on mix ratios. None of which agree with the sticker on my gas tank. It says 128:1. Isn't this a little weak? Depending on which oil you look at, the ratios are always different when you simply "add one ounce to a gallon". |

Re: gas/oil mix question
Here's some info for you
Ezgo say to use 1oz per gallon for light use (like golf) and 1.5oz per gal for heavy use. Many people use different ratios for whatever reasons. To much oil can cause poor performance, fouled plugs, stopped up muffler. It's entirely up to you what ratio you use. |
