Default G1 Engine parts

Hey Guy's

I picked up a rough G1 with a removed and partially disassembled engine.

I will do a frame off restoration, going thru each assembliy prior to reinstalling on the cart.

My first assembly rework is the engine, I need crank bearings, a full gasket set, first over piston and rings.

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and local suppliers take presedence to shipping.

Are there any recommendations for suppliers?

Thanks,
R.C.

Was that the green G1 on craigslist out in burleson the other day? I almost bought it if it was. I havent found anyone in the dallas area with good parts/prices. I have a buddy in OKC that gets me some stuff I need or I use TNTGOLFCAR.com

Feel free to PM me or email me if you need any help.

Brad,

Yes, it is the Burleson 85 2 stroke buggy.

I am driving my wife to Montana for a quick visit in a few weeks, the oldest son is living there.

I am hoping that he has found a snowmobile engine for me to bring home, if not then I will rebuild the stock motor and the buggy will be the wifes.

If I do rebuild the stock motor then I will be looking for a second buggy (4 stroke) to build for a off road version for me!

Thanks for the response, my surge protecter and puter were taken out by a surge during a previous thunderstorm.
