Default Controller advice!!

I am looking at building my hunting vehicle out of my 2007 Ezgo TXT PDS. I plan on using a D&D motor and putting the 4x4 kit in it with a two speed rear end. I am also going with 23x10x12 wheels on it. I am not looking for speed but will need lots of torque and I will have a 10:1 high gear and a 20:1 low gear in this two speed rear end. I am open to any type of controller and just wanting to know which one would be better for this vehicle. I hear good things one day about one and bad the next. I also been told 500 amps is all I need then hear that 600 amps is better and worth every penny. Just need some advice!!!

It's an extreme vehicle, you should probably run an extreme speed controller. 600amps

I have a EZ-GO TXT in 48-V with an Alltrax controller and I'll agree with ScottyB that you can't have too much controller when your out "there" torqueing up a hill!

And.....you can't have to much brakes coming down either!!!
