steering
Has anyone replaced the old style steering with the newer one? 2001.5 up.
I've got old cart, but would like new or better steering. Thanks |

Re: steering
You could but you would need everything including new front axle.

Re: steering
There's nothing wrong with the old style steering if all parts are in good shape. I've got one that does 36 mph on 18" tires and it rides straight and turns tight.
Converting the steering isn't a bolt-on. You will at the very least have to modify the steering column pass-thru at the frame. One steering uses 3 bolts, the other 4 bolts. |
