Re: need advice installing delux lighting kit
No I didn't. I have now become the man that you DON'T want to pay by the hour. Another day or two, providing any unseen problems, and I should have it.cueman

Re: need advice installing delux lighting kit
OK Guys, I have it part way done. I started at the front and am done to the battery. Now I have a question about the back wires. I know that one tale goes to each tail light. I have another tail that I think is the timer switch that must stick to the frame some place. The last tail is about a 4" by 4" black plastic with about 6 wires connected to it. Does this 4x4 bock need to be grounded, or can I just use zip tyes to the aluminum frame? ALso, where does the horn mount? Thanks, Folks. cueman

Re: need advice installing delux lighting kit
you should not use frame as a ground on carts
4x4 box can be strapped to frame i put horn under front cowl attached to bar behind glove box |

Re: need advice installing delux lighting kit
OK Guys, I got everything working except the brake lights. When I hook them up like the pic showed, when you hit the brakes they go out, when you let off the brake they stay on. Even when I hold the switch in my hand and push the ball in the brake lights come on, just reverse of what I would think should happen. I even changed the 2 wires around on the switch and still no work. Any suggestions?cueman

Re: need advice installing delux lighting kit
Hey CTD, You got any more of that Smart Juice my brother? Well, I guess I'll get a metal bracket from Lowes and try to bend it to work. Is there any way to reverse the internal switch or should I just fab another bracket?cueman
