Default I am baffled about my 92 club car ds

Ok here we go. So I have a 92 club car ds and it still won't tac climbing a **** hill. I have done a ton of upgrades. Shaved the head, bored it, valve job, rebuilt both clutches with the torqe springs from online. k&N filter. All new weights in clutches, new starter, new fuel pump and the piece of crap still won't tac when climbing.

Is it possible that the fuel mixture is off and I need to re jet the cart? Is it possible that the spring is actually too stiff for the cart? When I go down a really steep hill it downshifts fine and holds the cart back it is only when I am climbing. The cart will do 20 on the flat. Maybe I got the wrong springs. I cleaned the carb a couple years ago and changed all the fuel lines last year. I just don't get it. I have pretty much done everything but put a new carb on the cart. Should I double check my fuel lines, I am just stumped here. Any info would be helpful. I am to the point I am going to just sell it but I love the general lee .

What's your suspension and tire setup? And what does it mean to "tac"? Not familiar with that term. Does it have something to do with a tachometer? Like it won't rev up on the hill as if something is holding it back?

yeah it won't rev going up the hill. I called Tom yesterday at cartpartsplus and he said he thinks it a fuel issue and I need to jet it. Hrd to fix something over the phone but there is only a few things I haven't done yet. Guess well see. He said I should be able to pull a car with what I have done. I run stock 8 tires becasue I am on the golf court. They are aggressive but on the stock rims. I play on a mountain so I just wanted to beef it up. I have a Can AM Commander 1000 for trail riding. Just like to be the big boy on the course

The f###king rev limiter was bad. I fixed the cart running lean and after it was hot it would run spuratic. Unhooked the brown wire and taped it up and boom fixed. This thing hammers after what I have done. 21 down the road yesterday.
