A buddies daughter just picked up a new 2014 XRT 850,
the frame is still a DS, but a lot of other changes, A 14 hp EFI Subaru engine, the intake, ignition components, and transaxle are all redesigned, BUT... the governor spring is still there! (Hint, Hint!) IMG_0261.jpg IMG_0264.jpg IMG_0266.jpg My buddy wanted me to zip tie the spring to go faster... it could be easily done just like any other DS or Precedent, But I refused for 3 reasons... It only had 3 hours on it, they aren't used to a golf car, and they don't know when to stop drinking! There's a subtle hint in there, and it's not one of the 3 reasons! |

Lockman totally forgot you were clubcar we are at camp this week talking with neighbors just picked up 2010 cc and want a little more top end out I'll check governor today! Thanks for the hint I didn't know if governor was same as g9?
