I have a new 2021 Express C4 gas what tire pressure should I run ?

looking at those tires I would start at 14 psi . an easy way to tell is to chalk a few inches across the tire , ride 30 feet or so and check the chalk wear.

I called the dealer this morning and he told me some where between 18 & 20 pounds. Start at 18lbs.

Most atv type tires you would want to run with a little lower pressure. This is for both ride quality and traction. Experiment at 5 psi increments. For example: start at 10 psi, go to 15 psi, then to 20 psi. Make sure you drive on various terrains and road/trail types. Take some corners. Go over bumps. You can then find the pressure that feels the best, and then fine tune the pressure from there. You'll find what works best for you. |
