i need a wiring diagram for the batteries and how they connect to cart.

Did you ever find a wiring diagram for the AMS4? I need one as well for my 2007 model

I need the diagram too!!
My Bad Boy model BB-AMS4 is completely dead. No clicks or sounds when I turn on the key. Gauge on the front panel displays 48V. All eight batteries measures 48V and 6 Volts each.
I was able to get the controller's manual from Navitas Technologies in Canada. But no luck, drawings of harness connector o in the manual won't match with actual controller in the buggy.
I need the Service Manual or diagram.

I managed to get a few BBB manuals from a local EZGO dealer, They often dont have diagrams and if they do they're poor quality. Small, blurry text; unnumbered connectors, unidentified wires, etc. Are they even still in business? last I heard they were being shut down. Wasn't sure if this was true or not.

Last i heard about the BBB carts. Ezgo has taken over the BBB Carts

Here is what I have.
--classic is for BBB with two sevcon millipak controllers.
--series big & small is for BBB with one controller.

Ezgo owns BBB now. They have a complete lineup now I saw online. Even some gas offerings??? They look like Polaris rangers. Seems strange cause I thought they made it by being 4x4 all terrain hunting buggies that were quiet. I think they sold them originally to shows, plantations and clubs and guys that have more money than they L ow what t do with and want toys

They have some AC models too but I wasn't sure when they were actually produced in that timeline of being bought out. One of them is a dual-fuel system electric and gas. Uses a Curtis 1238 or 36 AC. Still trying to get ahold of wiring diagrams for that one
