DPI has my favorite Dc/Dc convertor. USA made, low price, never a bit of troubles for me.

cgtech, can you tell me if my #3 question above is normal for this model, having to pause momentarily (1/4 second or so) at each key position when turning on, instead of immediately cranking the key over from off to F?

Normal only from "Off" to any other position. not from "F" to "R" & stuff.

Thanks, I just checked and I found the connector for the charge meter so now I just need to find my 2 inch hole saw, also get no click from the brake relay, can you tell me where to find it and how to get to it to see if it has gone bad.

thanks Ike

I am not sure how these work but you said it was unlocked in freedom mode. I think the regeneration is turned off in that mode...does this have any reason it's not working? Just tossing out ideas?

This is the relay that should in theory make the tail lights work as brake lights also

when set to freedom mode-- RXV's coast a good distance before stopping on their own.
Regen will stop them- even on a hill- just not quickly.

DO NOT WIRE DC converter to KEYSWITCH !!!!!!!!

if you are unsure as to how to wire it up PLEASE POST !!!!

(not trying to be rude with caps--- just want to be clear this is important)

You have one brake on the end of the motor on these RXV carts and if that goes haywire then you have nothing except air to slow you down.
