02 txt pds replacement frame input

Recently picked up an 02 txt for dirt cheap. I knew it needed a little work however when I started to dig into it, I discovered major frame issues. Looks like the previous owner did a patchwork job and that was subpar at best. Between his work on the outside runners, the rotten battery tray, and the two pillars that came off when removing the windshield frame, I'm throwing the towel in on this frame.

Aside from purchasing a new oem frame directly from ezgo for $1,300, are there any other options out there? Aftermarket?

I've got $500 into it, needs batteries and a frame. Am I better of just keeping it for parts and starting over?

All thoughts welcome.

I wish you were closer I have 2 nice frames I'm about to give away.... Reach out to the local cart shops for connections.
