Default Hydrolink install question (48V)

I bought a hyrdrolink system off ebay and it appears the tubing lengths were meant for a different battery configuration as some where too short for me to route my preferred way.

I ended up having to install the first filler cap in the chain on one half of the rear battery (I used the white cap to show where it goes) and route to the others from there ending up again at the rear battery with the final filler cap.
(See pic)

IS there anything wrong with doing it this way??

That was your cart!?
You couldn't make me own one of those. When I was a buddy auto mechanic...I blew up a battery engraving my new tools. One spark was all it took

This would be more useful if you could expand on your experience you had with the Hydrolink and maybe educate as to why these are not a good idea.

Sorry we are not so useful the 500th time around. Hydrogen gas is a byproduct of bulk charging wet cell batteries. It collects in the easy fill tubes and ignites as only hydrogen gas can with the smallest of electrical sparks - I hope that is more useful

there are 2 main problems. 1- none of them provide a easy way for you to actualltly see the fluid level (if the float is stuck "up", it will always "look full". 2- the fill systems link all the cells of all batteries together, so if one cell "pops", there is a chance of them all going kaboom (as seen in photo).

Thank You. I learned something. Hydro link is coming off. That was a waste of money! lol It was on my last set of batteries so I figured it was something useful.
