The gassing is manditory. If the bulk charging rate is not high enough to gas the batteries they stagnate and loose capacity.
Also I suggest you get a bigger control.
And make ALL the cables the same size and quality.

Ok Johnnie and Scotty I charged it up all the way til the charger shut off. And it made a ton of difference. I am going to load up the family today to see what it does with the family on it. I still plan on doing some upgrades tho. But at least now it is WAY better. But my question is now I found some wire laying around at work and want to see which one you guys think I need to use. I dont know much about wiring so dont know the difference really between these too. I have the rolls of wire in the pic that says they are 2/0 gauge on them. Which are the ones I have coming from my motor now. Then I have the ones that are already made and they say 1AWG on them
