Default 2013 lifted or not?

Hey guys. I'm pretty new to carting. I bought a 2013 TXT that was in pretty good condition for a good price and it has a wheel package and all. I was wondering if these come lifted from factory or this stance is just because the wheels it has.

How can I tell if is lifted. For sure I know it doesn't have a 6" comparing it to other pics out there

Looks lifted to me, but I really don't know much:). I'll bet if you post a pic of the front suspension, someone on here will be able to tell you exactly what you have. There's a bunch of guys on here that know a lot about carts.

Front is a spindle lift. rear looks like it might have a shackle lift, but not enough to match the front lift.

You could probably just flip the springs on top of the rear axle and match the front or give it a little rake.

It's sagging pretty good in the back right now.

Yes you can. Buy the rear blocks and mount the leaf springs on top of the rear end. not under the rear axle

Yea I see that, why would they mount the leaf springs above the rear axle? I'm pretty sure that's not even safe.

It should look like this correct?
Also, mine does not have a shock absorber? Is this common?

Thanks
