problems again

having charging issues,once it is fully charged you take it 4 blocks down the street and for some reason it runs out of power and acts like it doesn`t want to go , flipping the on and off switch makes it come back to life for a short time and it eventually dies before you get it home, i thought maybe if i changed out the solenoids so i changed out the 2 old ones it ran fine i drove it all around town last night but today i took it out and it went back to doing the same thing

Could be a charger issue but you need to eliminate a possible bad cell in one of the batteries.
Get a hydrometer from the auto parts store and check each cell.
A low cell will cause you problems.

What is the pack voltage after charging and resting for 12 hrs?
Check each battery with meter under a load condition like going up a steady incline.

ive figured it out for the most part i need new batteries

well after all the work i have put in this thing changed out the solenoids got the reverse working
it sat all winter long took it out a couple times now the reverse went out again yay for me
wondering if i need to replace the little resisters they seem to be worn out and buy 7 new solenoids
any advice would help
