Re: My First Build!!
Couple other tidbits that I did.... I read somewhere in BGW about using a heat gun to bring faded plastic back. While not perfect, I was really impressed on how well it works. Beats buying all new plastic! I also installed a 36/12V converter under the cup holders along with a 12v terminal block for future accessories. The first accessory was a 12v outlet and dual usb charging ports. Mounted an illuminated switch under the cup holders for the 36v supply to the converter so I can turn it on and off as needed and hopefully the illuminated switch will remind me if it's on. The charging port also has an LED power light for visual reminder.

Re: My First Build!!
Harbor freight has a air staple gun for around $25 works great for the seat covers. Also the 20% off coupon worked when I got it.

Re: My First Build!!
Already picked one up my friend and you’re right. It works great. Still waiting on seat covers, but I used it on some other stuff. Worth every penny.

Re: My First Build!!
Okay. Back home from work for a few weeks. Got a little done this week. I think I’m about done for now. Plan on installing awinch, but it’ll wait till next time Home or so. I have to finish up my bike this time and also have a camping trip planned. Over the past couple of days I’ve installed my “Up to Par” staple on seat covers (rear seat will probably happen eventually), replaces spindle king bushings (and found 2 bad tie rod ends...parts ordered. I’m never going to get done with this thing!!!), installed a 12” LED light bar for the front and some LED tail lights for the rear. Think I have less than $50 in both and it turned out great I think. Both were amazon specials. Tail lights were flexible tail/turn/brake motorcycle light strips. I really like the way they turned out.
