Ezgo txt alltrax spm48500ez throttle type troubleshooting
I am working on a "hybrid" EZGO and I need some help with the throttle type. When I use the ezgo it's throttle I get the 2 green 3 red flashing lights, indicating Throttle high voltage. ITS testing showed 10v on pedal down and 6ish on full down. Flakey ITS sensor for bouncing around 6v? Other indicators are that main solenoid doesn't energize on initial pedal down. If I switch throttle type to 0-5V the solenoid will engage with no error lights on controller, but motor will not engage (assume voltage to low). I can set throttle to 'PUMP' and get a good test for F/R solenoids and drive train. NOTE: it seems to start off at full speed ahead so if not jacked up it would probably launch through the garage door...and take piece of me with it.
This is a rescue cart that had been gutted when the previous owner removed f/r switch, controller and batteries. So there are many severed wiring harnesses which is resulting in me rewiring many of the connections. The throttle is ezgo it's and I am hoping that I can get some advice on what wiring changes can possibly be made to get the alltrax controller to stop erroring out. Hopefully picture can show current wiring....messy for sure. |
