Default charger issues 2003 ezgo

2003 ezgo charger will drop to 10 amps and no furthur. Tried 3 different chargers. all the same. my guess bad battery trying to equalize. Batteries are t105 Trogan dated D6. Am I right or is there something I am missing?

Considering you tried 3 different chargers and all 3 do the same thing.....I would say its NOT the chargers.

is your pack a 36v or 48v pack?

when you are attempting to charge your pack, does the charger ever shut off?

what's the pack voltage, after a 12 hr. rest period?

after that completed charge cycle (^^^), using a DVM, record each individual batteries voltage and post them here.

your pack isn't reaching 100%, very close, but not up to its 100% potential (38.2). how old is your pack?

so depending on the individual chargers settings, one isn't reaching the total charge shut off voltages (~~46v+/- or so), the others are. but the fact the batteries are not dropping below 10a during the charge cycles tells me they are needing more "juice". the fact that they are reaching nearly 100%, doesn't necessarily guarantee their true health....a battery load test, both the whole pack and individually might point you to the issue, at least it will either eliminate the batteries or the chargers.

do they LOOK like they are that old, 12 yrs.? if they are, they are doing exceptionally good! or are they actually only 2 yrs. old, 2016's seeing as how the codes are only a single digit for the years. D = May 6 = 2016 (possibly but not real likely 2006).
