I will not use the 2018 Leaf pack modules I have for any golf carts because I paid somewhat of a premium for that pack. It was only 3 months old according to date codes in the pack and only had 3,749 miles when it was auctioned. I will use these modules for a new solar power system I am building in the near future.

Battery pack assembled and wired to BMS. and all of it installed in cart. Just need to install the speed controller and i am good to go. currently charging with a 50.00 4 amp charger from ebay while i wait for TC to configure and send me my charger from China.

a few more pics. I really like the ZEVA BMS screen . the battery fits long ways in the cart nicely with lots of room to access the terminals if needed. the last pic shows the old wire i removed and the one i replaced it with.

It had really good torque now with the 350 amp curtis controller. Going to play with the settings to try to get it a little less jumpy at full throttle.
