Default Usb plug

Anyone know if a usb plug on a club car power a 12 volt air pump without blowing a fuse?

USB ports are designed to supply 5 volts, so I'd say no.

As meimk says a USB supplies 5 volts but the connection to the USB port is 12 Volts so the USB can be replaced or supplemented by a 12V car cigarette lighter socket and that would supply the 12V that you need for your air pump.

I just added a dual setup, USB on one side and 12V cig lighter receptacle on the other side, something to consider.

It's a very popular addition - here's mine (two USB ports and a 12V socket beside them)
