Default Suspension rubbing inside of wheels

My suspension is rubbing the inside of my wheels. I've adjusted the camber as much as possible but it's still a little off when adjusted to the max in the right direction. I've also adjusted toe but the cart pulled to the left pretty bad at the specified 1/4“ so I added some more toe in to negate the pull. None of those adjustments seemed to make a difference with this rubbing.

Honestly all the front end looks to be in pretty rough shape. Are there some specific parts that would fix this rubbing, or should I just go all in on a lift kit and bigger wheels?

Did you get an impact wrench and tighten the kingpin bolts really hard? That usually fixes that on DS’s.

Like LuckyL said check the king pin bolts. I had one doing the same think and king pin bolts and new front spring bushing took care of it.

If the spring bushing are warn check the arm bushing also. It will make a big difference in how it handles.

This is most likely worn out or completely missing leaf spring bushing. THe rubbing on inside of rim is the classic symptom. I have had this happen on 3 of my DS carts over the years and replacing the $5 bushing fixes the issue. Do both sides when you do it the other is probably going to go bad soon.

Spring bushings are gone. You need qty 4 - 101558302 bushings and qty 2 - 1012303 sleeves

Thanks everyone, I'll get some new spring bushings and try to figure out what the king pin bolts are and tighten them. Are the bushings easy to replace?

Not hard to replace the bushings at all. Unbolt leaf spring replace bushing and sleeve and then re-bolt.

The king pin bolts are large and vertical head on the top, bolt on the bottom. Remove the wheel and it’s right there.
