2020 EZGO TXT Valor EFI oil light flashing no turnover

I purchased a 2020 Ezgo TXT Valor brand new and have had a problem. It was running great and then suddenly it stopped running. When i turn the key on the oil light comes on for it's normal time, then flashes on off on off over and over till 60 seconds goes by and the cart goes to it's idle thing. I had issues with the spark plug being messed up and not allowing it to go. I put a new spark plug in today and still not working. There's no turning over it acts like something stopping it from going.

I think it's flashing a fault code at you. Check the back of your owners manual for trouble shooting.

Don't forget it's under warranty. Don't make any repairs on your own.

OH I figured it was a code. Just wondering if anyone had figured something out. all good i'm gonna call the company i bought it from tomorrow an get it figured out.

Any findings on what was the cause ?? I tired getting some of the slack that was in the throttle cable. I moved it 1/2" and first time I went WOT same thing happened to mine cart shut down and engine light just stayed illuminated no flashes even after trying turning the key on and off 3 times quickly. Soon after it was back to normal but I have yet to go WOT again to see if it does it again. Looking for info on possible caused Thanks in advance

It was a short in the system the mechanic told me.

Do you have the ex1 closed loop motor ?

Any chance did you check the actual oil level?

Cant say for sure about your cart but I know most riding lawn movers have a oil level/pressure switch. If the engine oil level or pressure drops it kills the engine so you don't burn it up.

For me it had to do with a short in the system. But they did check the oil and checked to see if the brain was sending fuel,

I checked the oil right after it happened it was at the middle of the dip stick. Anyone had any experience with these new motors its called a ex1.

Mine is an ex1. I will say that I have to clean the spark plug often as it won’t go sometimes as the spark plug is dirty and it won’t go just sputter.
